Your client gets their surgery with nothing due at the time of service — our facility fee is deferred and secured against the settlement or judgment, paid from the proceeds when the case resolves. The attorney's Letter of Protection protects our bill, we hold the account without collections while the case is active, and we coordinate with your office through resolution.

To open a lien case we need a represented plaintiff, an attorney-issued Letter of Protection and a signed lien/assignment from the patient where applicable — confirm the Nevada instrument with counsel, the case and injury details, and surgery pre-approval / treatment plan per Sync policy.
