Know what your case costs.
Before you book it.
Most surgeons can't get a straight answer on what a procedure actually costs them at a facility. At Sync, you can. Send us your preference cards, and we'll send back your prices — per procedure, in writing.
No estimates that move on you. No surprise line items. The same number, every time.

The idea
Your preference card already says everything we need. It lists the supplies, the instruments, the disposables, the way you run the case. We take that, add your room time and your team, and turn it into one clean per-procedure price.
Run it across your most common cases and you don't have a quote — you have a rate card. Your rate card. The price you'll pay at Sync, and the number you can quote your own patients from with total confidence.
How it works
- 1
Send your preference cards.
Send the cards for the procedures you do most. That's the whole intake. We do the rest.
- 2
We build your rate card.
We cost out every card line by line — room time with your team, the supplies to run it, devices at cost — and return a per-procedure price menu built around how you operate.
- 3
That's your price.
Book your block against it. Quote your patients from it. It doesn't change case to case, and it doesn't change on you mid-day.

What's in the price
Your per-procedure price covers the things it takes to run your case start to finish:
- The operating room and your scheduled time in it
- Your surgical team — circulator, scrub, and support
- All routine supplies and disposables for the case
- Recovery and same-day discharge
The only things billed on top are implants and high-cost devices, passed through at cost — because those swing case to case, and you should see exactly what they are.
