Your time, on time.

In a hospital OR, time is the one thing you can't control. Emergencies bump your cases. Starts slip. Turnover drags. You came in for a full day and left with half of it.

Sync is built the other way. Predictable blocks. On-time first cases. Fast, choreographed turnover. Your team and your trays ready before you scrub in. The room runs on your schedule — not the other way around.

Block time

A block at Sync is a standing reservation — the same day, the same start, the same length, on a cadence you can build a practice around.

  • Half-day and full-day blocks, recurring weekly or monthly.
  • A consistent start time — and a first case that actually starts then.
  • Yours to plan against months out, so you can group your cases and run your clinic schedule around a fixed point.

You hold your block as long as you're using it. We track utilization openly and share it with you, so the schedule reflects how you actually operate — and so the room is never sitting idle when another surgeon could use it.

Open time

Not every surgeon wants a standing block, and not every week looks the same.

  • Book case by case when you need a room without committing to a recurring slot — ideal for occasional or visiting surgeons.
  • Released blocks flow here, so there's real availability even on short notice.
  • Same room, same team, same standard of turnover — just booked on demand.

À la carte — single cases

No block, no commitment, no package. Bring us one case and we'll build it for you.

  • One case, fully staffed — room, circulator, scrub, anesthesia, and recovery, scheduled around your case length.
  • Anything that case needs — your preference card drives the trays, supplies, implants, and any specialty equipment we stage for you.
  • One per-case price, written and all-in, with implants and devices passed through at cost.

Useful for a visiting surgeon, a one-off cash-pay case, an overflow day, or a procedure you only do a few times a year. Same room, same team, same standard.

Release, made simple

Plans change. The schedule should bend without drama.

  • Won't use your block? Release it, and we open it to other surgeons. No penalty for telling us early — that's the whole point.
  • Automatic release kicks in at a set cutoff before your block if nothing's on it, so unused time never goes to waste. The cutoff is matched to your specialty — weeks ahead for plan-ahead elective work, just a day or two for time-sensitive cases.
  • It cuts both ways: released time is exactly what makes short-notice booking possible for everyone.

The room, ready

Your block isn't just reserved time — it's a room set up for you.

Your preference cards drive our stocking, so your trays, your supplies, and your equipment are laid out before you arrive. Turnover between your cases is fast and rehearsed, so you move through your list without standing around. The team is the same from case to case, because consistency is what makes a day run clean.

That's the whole idea behind the name. A pit stop only looks effortless because everything was staged, everyone knew their job, and not one second was wasted. We run your block the same way.
