The same team. Every block. Every case.

In a hospital, you operate with whoever the day assigned you. A circulator who doesn't know your trays. A scrub tech learning your closing on the fly. At Sync, your block is run by people who know how you work — the same faces, set after set — because a team that anticipates you is the difference between a smooth list and a long one.

A team that learns you

Consistency isn't a nicety; it's a performance feature. A scrub tech who knows your preferences hands you the next instrument before you ask. A circulator who's run your room before has the next case already moving. The result is fewer pauses, cleaner cases, and a rhythm you can actually settle into.

Your preference cards anchor it. They tell the team how you run each procedure — instruments, sequence, positioning, closing — so the room is set up your way before you scrub in, every time.

Anesthesia built for outpatient

Anesthesia makes or breaks an outpatient day. A patient who's slow to wake, nauseated, or in poorly controlled pain doesn't go home on time — and your schedule pays for it. Sync's anesthesia approach is built for fast, clean recoveries: modern, short-acting agents, regional and nerve-block techniques where they fit, multimodal pain control that reduces reliance on opioids, and proactive nausea prevention. Patients wake comfortable and clear, recover faster, and discharge on schedule.

Anesthesia is also a turnover factor. When the anesthesia team is part of the choreography — ready for the next patient while the room turns — induction and emergence line up with the schedule instead of fighting it.

Bring your people, or use ours

Some surgeons travel with a first assistant or a specific tech. Some want a team waiting for them. Either works at Sync: bring your own and we'll integrate them into the room, or operate with a Sync team that already knows your cards. What you won't get is a different lineup every time you walk in.
